Eva looks back on well over 20 years of full-time experience in the language services industry, providing general, legal and technical translation, revision, copywriting and terminology services for direct clients and international organisations.

Tunnicliffe
David is an English native speaker who works with German and French. He graduated from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh in 2005 with a Master of Arts (Translation and Interpreting). David has over a decade and a half of experience in the translation and language services industry, specialising in financial and sustainability reporting, accounting and legal translations.
Ingrid
Unteregger
Ingrid is a German native speaker who works with German and English. She graduated from Innsbruck University in 2003 with a Master in Translation Studies and has been working as a full-time translator and editor for more than 10 years. As an ISO Certified Sustainability Expert with a diploma in Sustainability Management, she specializes in translating and editing sustainability reports and texts relating to climate change, the SDGs and Agenda 2030.
Romain
Wuillot
Romain is a French native speaker who works with English and German. Ever since graduating in 2011 with honors from the University of Mons, Belgium, with a Master in Translation Studies, Romain has been working full-time as a translator. He specializes in technical, legal and marketing texts.
Our tools
We use industry-leading CAT (computer-aided translation) tools to manage our translation and proofreading workflows and create translation memories and terminology databases while keeping our customer’s data secure. Working with translation memories has two main benefits: They help achieve unprecedent levels of long-term consistency and they allow the translation process to start without requiring the source text to be finalized.
All our fields of specialisation have one thing in common: The documents we deal with heavily draw on already existing text and terminology that we as translators and copywriters have no control over. We always need to know exactly what context we are operating in and which standards, legal acts or other documents are at the core of the text we’re currently working on.
This is something that AI is not yet capable of. We monitor and embrace developments in this field, and we are intent on using the latest tools and technology for our work. There is no way to predict what exactly will happen in the future, but there is one thing we are sure of: The better machine translation utilizing neural networks becomes, the more important it is to control both the source text and the databases it relies on. And this is a job for the highly qualified and experienced humans that we are.
